 Not quite ALL characters is it?Feb 08, 2012

From a distance, it's definitely a wonderful Star Wars poster. Under closer scrutiny, well, it's a lovely Episode I poster. Though it states it includes all the characters from Episodes I-VI, it actually covers the original trilogy and Episode I only. No General Grievous, Jango Fett, Count Dooku, or any character/design from II and III. So there is an odd disproportion of I characters to IV-VI.
The other problem is the quality of the artwork. Princess Leia is an unfortunate train wreck. Yet, Jar Jar and all of his prequel compatriots have photo quality likeness to their actors. Which is a bit surprising as I figured Lucas still owned Carrie Fisher's likeness as Leia...
If you're really determined to get a Star Wars poster covering all the bases I recommend Star Wars ~ Star Wars Poster ~ Rare Art Collage of Characters!!!~ 24" x 36" It updates this poster with a better overview of the saga's characters. Though the original trilogy certainly isn't the main focus, Princess Leia doesn't induce nightmares in this poster!

While looking up new posters/pictures to hang in my place, I came across this Star Wars poster. Online, I thought it looked really awesome because there is so much going on; my favorite part was the AT-AT and the ships in the background. Unfortunately, when the picture is blown up to the 36x24 poster size, it loses some of it's power, and some of the characters (especially Leia and Han) look nothing like their movie counterparts. Other though are spot on. It was only $5 ($10 with shipping and handling), so if you love Star Wars, this is still a great poster.
If you don't want all the characters, I would go with the Episode I poster with little Anakin casting a shadow of Darth Vader...pretty epic.

I was a little skeptical at first at how this would look on a wall, but my fears were soon laid to rest. This Star Wars poster is amazing in it's detail and color. 36 x 24 is nice and big and fills up a wall in a bedroom very well. Two things I wasn't expecting (but isn't the poster's fault):
1) 36 x 24 is not exactly a standard size for poster frames. I had to buy a bigger poster frame, turn the poster insert backwords (so only white is showing) and use that as a white border to fill up the poster frame. I was a little pissed at first, but it actually looks really nice with the white border.
2) It should be described a little better that the characters in the picture are all encompassing of Star Wars Episodes 1, 4, 5, & 6. This must have been made right after Episode 1, because there are no Episode 2 or 3 characters/vehicles. This is OK with me, I feel like it's captured everything you need.
I couldn't find many other full color, big Star Wars posters like this. This one was perfect for me because it doesn't have the actors in some cheesy pose. It's an artists painting. Totally awesome.

Any Star Wars fan would love this poster. It was very cheap, and arrived on time, but was also of good quality. I love it.
